I was banned from Sport due to body disabilitie......not cose I'm lazy . I have a heart whisper and a screwy spine that is screwy from birth . Thats why I never done any sport . When I was a kid , I wanted to get into kick boxing..but...due to my spine it was a definitive No .
That sucks. Hopefully, you don't have too many issues because of it in your day to day.

You cant fix this . I mean...all the doc said was that they can put a metalic plaque but..its too risky and could end up completely paralyzed . And that was when I was 12 . My mom never wented to go trough with it because of the risk .
Its the Lumbar? anyway 2 of them...there is supposed to be some kind of space..or white stuff in between them ?(disc thingy) while..I have 2 and they are glued . There is no space..no nerve thing no nothing .

I smacked face first in the street skateboarding and have four fake front teeth now. And worse, the bridge finally broke recently..and I've been walking around with a gap. And dental costs are too high to fix it for now. :\
