It seems to me like a lot of the character threads are slowing down, not just this one; the Iron Bull and Josephine threads are both really quiet too for example. Probably due to it been a bit of an info drought right now regarding characters.

I've lost count of the number of times I've seen that GIF with Bull throwing Sera. It was funny the first few times but now... Not so much

That gif was well made, but if IB throws Sera he'll have to sit in the time-out chair for a day.  If Sera happens to land on the Inquisitor though, maybe he only gets 2 hours.
