Are you adventurous enough to cliff dive, monkey?
I bet that place has some good ones (not that exact place.. but the Yucatan).

that's my only tie that binds. i can't fill in the actual what happened over ten years...and then i'm thinking about Valamar...where Rogek's lyrium was coming from is what i don't know.
Here...tis is it !
Now get craking ! everyone! ![]()
Of course she does give approval; that's the point.
Facts are irrelevant when "you thought you saw someone say that"
I am really bitter about this right now lmao because I recently spent a long time looking through anti Blackwall and sera tags trying to figure out where the f*** people got this idea that Blackwall fetishizes Sera and she loves it because MALE WRITER. (Spoiler: it's hilarious bs and deliberate misreading that one person posted and now everyone repeats it like fact without even knowing or caring about the actual source of the claim) like ffs, there are plenty of legit criticisms of Sera and an entire ocean of bad stuff to say about Blackwall, why would you make stuff up?
(Fwiw I get it's because they're awful I'm just venting not expecting a magical answerand I fully am aware it's my fault for upsetting myself by going there but I was legit concerned that there might be such a line, wouldn't put it past them)
*sigh* and some wonder why I hate tumblr. Why you gotta punish yourself reading such nonsense veeia, why?
I'm all for nuking it from orbit, it's the only way to be sure.
She was so not written as a tempest. None of the damn companions were written as having a specialization, and the only one whose specialization actually really fits the character is Cole's Assassin.
I don't understand this claim. I think the specializations are perfectly chosen, especially Tempest for Sera. It seems like just her style.
Pan elven? Poorly. She'd need a foundation in understanding elven issues first, and she doesn't have that and actively resists it. Could she get that? Yes, but I'm not sure how. One of my big frustrations with the Briala plotline is that it seemed like a good place for Sera to be exposed to the fact that while humans can be poor and oppressed, elves experience it in a much worse magnitude.
I'm hoping that we can get there in DLC, because otherwise romancing Sera as a Dalish would seem like a gigantic waste of time.

A lot of deeper racial subjects aren't addressed. Not just with her.

i have trunks as a freshman still... just have to do a leap of faith
*nods sagely* just gotta make sure the water is deep enough.

True, but with her it's most egregious.
Normally I blacklist all Sera critical/hate stuff so I never see it and have a lovely experience.
this was me purposefully dipping into it because I was concerned there was some truth to it because it is totally possible to me that Bioware would have a comment that could read as fetishizing, lmao. But it was not true and instead I just got mad at dumbs on the internet, sigh.
Can you tell me what exactly you saw?

Perhaps. At the same time, she's got an interesting role when it comes to main themes (Faith). To me, it's more of a faith game.. not a race game. Should've been both though.

I think Sera does know that, but she's focused on the whole thing instead of just one group

i was just going to start typing*taps fingers* so y'all just gon let the Rogek lyrium deal theory go to waste? eh. i'd start a topic on it but i know it'd get lost out there. I'm not popular or controversial enough to draw a crowd to read and respond out there.

Eh. Faith is way too constricted in this game, with only one religion getting real face time.
