Rogek is the Dwarf Lyrium smuggler in Origins I believe.
He gives you some Lyrium to go and sell to some guy in the tower and you get a nice bundle of coin for your troubles.
Is he the guy standing near the entrance in dust town? If so I talked to him once and doing what he wanted seemed shady for my Cousland and the other 15 times I played I basically walked past him never did try what he wanted my character to do. Was he kind of crabby if you turned him down?

If by 'crabby' you mean he tries to kill you, then yes.

I never had that happen but I only talked to him once or at least I don't remember getting attached but I think I just turned him down don't remember trying to turn him in. Maybe I need to play that part over again I feel lost in the conversation about it.
Its DAO conversation...I barely remember anything.....
