i will say this: i did not care for that line about Sera not being like other elves. THAT ish was disrespectful. Even if you're talking from the perspective of a person that never interacted with elves, it didn't make sense for that to be there. Elves are not one monolithic people. judging them based on the interaction with one is fuckin' stupid and i really don't know why that was left in the game. I shouldn't have to provide a real world example for why that is nonsense should I?

i shall think more on the exchanges had here. no matter if we don't all agree with each other, two positive things have happened: healthy debate and oh **** we're actually talking about Sera!

I've only been watching the trailers but I kind of figured this is what they're aiming for.

Hence why I love Hawke so damn much. Hawke fails a lot, is more "human" and doesn't have the title of purfekt protag.

I love Rogue Quizzy but there just isn't any talents that feel as satisfying as Vendetta or Throw The Gauntlet, which was actually a stupid talent but I always got a giggle out of watching some fool run across the battlefield just to get Hawke.

I expect the harbour was built and the ship launched on a world cruise a hundred times by the time the credits finished rolling on ep1 to be honest!

 

I personally think they are just friends. but if it happens then awesome.

 

I agree, on both parts.  Four and a bit days would be quick going after five years apart, but then I know nuthin' 'bout nuthin'.

 

I do too actually, really hope that Chloe and Rachel are more though and that they get reunited.

 

I suspect there was something there.  Will we find Rachel is alive and well?  I... think that might be too easy.

 

I can't find the picture anymore they must have made them take it down, good thing I downloaded it. I don't want to post it without the source would it be an issue to pm it. I really don't know.

I hope Chloe doesn't die and get rewound to life in every episode... unless they've put something in that, like, the Universe now needs her dead for cosmic balance or something.  The final decision could be "save Chloe, or save the town" in that scenario - eek!

 

I also wonder how much the rewind power/time travel is the plot rather than just the gimmick.  Is using the power responsible for the surprise tornado?  Was the person Rachel met actually time-warped Max saving her life by sending her away?  Maybe Rachel will be saved (and time rewritten) by time-warped Max taking her place in whatever awfulness got her?  I have a few crazy time travel plot ideas but that's because I'm an SF geek.
