BioWare stated during one of their panels at GaymerX that things like romances get cut if they don't work. This is probably one of those instances of it not working.

"Bisexual Cullen" may even be the result of a "haha, come on, let's swap that female Inquisitor model for a male one, see what happens!" aka simple fun at work.

Because he's not gay? At least in BioWares eyes, he is not gay. He does not feel attraction towards other males.

Definitely not Solas, and that armor doesn't look like something someone from Red Jenny would wear (and why would he be in that place). For reminder that's the trailer:

 

 

I was referring to Solas as someone who's information doesn't match how they are in game

 

And we don't know what everyone in Red Jenny wear, he's obviously not Dalish since the lack of valassin. And every scene in that trailer never appears

 

It's just a trailer to bring more attention to the game

Yeah, the first ME was different, though. They didn't have a system perfected, so they never intended to have those, but some sort of system didn't cut the lines out of the script for inapplicable romance pairings (ie FemShep/Ash)

I checked out bisexual Cullen thread, and found this comment of yours referencing to statement from GaymerX panel that there was going to be another bisexual companion that has been cut out, and under Gaider's tweet that suggested that it was Cullen:

And Kaidan ended up later being proven to be bi, with the reasoning here he could never be bi because some say he was supposed to be straight in ME.

What fling the attraction he showed the mage warden, I wouldn't call that a fling.

 

I'm kinda still in the opinion that they only did that with Kaidan because they didn't want to make Vega a romance

1) Examples please, I watched his trailer and didn't notice anything you said.

 

2) Friends of Red Jenny are of lower class and stand against nobles, but somehow one suddenly wears some fancy elven armor? And takes a trip to zombie infested part of Exalted Plains?

 

3) Again, with all the other characters matching their portrayal in game, with possible exception of Solas as you insist, although without explaining why exactly.
