I don't like the Inquisition itself or much of the premise. I hate just about everything this character and organization is doing to the setting I loved. Namely, making the player so important. It'd be different if this was the last game in the timeline, like ME3.... but now I have to live in a world dominated by any given player's whims.

Something about that bothers me. I can't even really articulate it. And if we were to fast forward in the future, there's no dependable history here... the codex is gonna jump all over the place.

But the actual experience of the game, of meeting new companions and such.. of just playing this character...that's all good. It's what I'm affecting (and how) that bothers me.

I'm sorry but this makes no sense to me. if i'm kissing a woman it is very likely i will be intimate with her at some point not the other way around. matter of fact, i need to kiss her first to get a good read on the energy. i don't begrudge your choice i just don't understand it.

i dont understand it myself half the times still trying to find out how i developed this one

wait wait...Cap you didn't recruit Tali?!? Man...you really can't sit at the table with me anymore. I see no reason not to recruit her. She's the entire reason Shepard even had evidence to help them become a Spectre. omg...i might have to block you.

I agree! Tali is THE reason you're fighting Reapers, and not like... DEAD in 2183!

I recruited her but she

Do we even need to spoiler tag ME2 stuff now? Both Nub and Dazzle are playing ME3.

Not helping with Sidonis.

Oh, I actually asked Nub... But quoted you, because that's where my question came from.

Also...

"Ah, yes. Disloyal Garrus. We have dismissed that claim."

Is that even possible?

Well, no, it isn't, unless you're the biggest jerk in the history of humanity. Or, maybe play a racist Shepard.

Not helping with Sidonis.

But that just leaves him as normal. Disloyal is the red circle which I believe can only happen to Miranda, Jack, Tali and Legion.

Not loyal = not loyal.

"Disloyal" and "not loyal" have no difference. They're either loyal (you did the mission), or not.

I mean, not helping him at all. Like telling him his mission is pointless. lol. But you'll still get loyalty no matter how you do the mission.

I know I've gotten him killed before, but that was more about wrong suicide mission choices.

So what's the red circle about?

Edit:

Okay, dumb moment. Red circles show loyalty.

Those 4 can argue, leaving you to pick one of each pairing if you're not Paragon/Renegade enough. Maybe that's what it means.

Actually, disloyal garrus, who leads the second fire team is one of the best deaths. "Snipe one for me..."

I remember that once, in the ME2 Suicide Mission Survival Calculator (think I found it on BSN, ages ago, back when I lurked), I calculated a playthrough where only Tali, Garrus, Shepard and the Crew survived. You know, because Shepard, Tali and Garrus are the badasses who dealt with Sovereign...?

Basically, Tali led the crew to safety. Garrus bought Shepard some time, and Shepard finished off the Reaper larvae.

I think there actually was only Garrus holding the line, and Shepard took two gonners with them.

I never really did that playthrough, though.

I've only ever lost one, and that was Mordin, and he was loyal, and it happened without a scene. I thought something was wrong when it shows the Collectors running (showed their legs) and I saw a Salarian lying at their feet... it was Mordin. I had to reload. I was not going to leave him behind!

Sounds like I should do a ****** about play through so I can experience more of the other companions lines.

Yeah, it depends on the type of death. Fire team leader has a line.. not sure what else. The bug swarm thing is probably the saddest... but I don't think they say anything. Just scream. I really like it though, because it reminds me of those gruesome deaths in Aliens.

Sounds fun. That should have been the way in which you can get a threesome going in ME3...  :P

Not just those deaths but, every play through I have done (besides romances) have been the same. I always go perfect paragon which... can become boring but I don't like being renegade.

Yeah, i'm torn. I want people to live..

But you never see movies like that. It's more cinematic to have a bug death :P

edit: And it's usually a guy like Zaeed first.
