According to fan works, Jack also could hook up with a Varren banging her from behind, and krogans laughing in the background. There's all kinds of crazy fanwork I'd rather take a shot at.

Girl/girl fanwork is hardly my concern. This was just an observation about Citadel.

i did see a pretty explicit movie of mass effect so i can get why you have a disdain for it

You are asking (I think??) why people like non canon pairings, which is inherently tied to fanworks though because it only exists in fanworks.

I see what you mean about the Citadel remark, although FemShep makes it too. Of course, my FemShep is a sapphic lothario, so...

I think people are offended because they thought you're saying women can't/shouldn't enjoy it, and you *seem* to be against any sort of non canon fan works. I'd "justify" being able to enjoy it with saying their antagonism *could* be read as sexual tension, and in that scene a slightly drunk Shep is just playfully ribbing them.
