Now you made me so curious I actually read what you talked about last night and I must say, this is really a super nice thread if what Magic said is already considered impolite and offending. I sort of feel the unnecessary necessity to say "But he's really a good guy, you know?"

He's totally a good guy, I'm just an overly concerned mother hen type. Don't worry about me.

Nope. I'm way past that point anyways. I have no prior saves, hon. I have one save that I overwrite everytime. I only have a restart mission load, which I only ever use if there's a glitch. 

 

I swear, I'll make Eric and you'll love him, and he'll save everyone. Okay? But Esri is dark and brooding and just trying to save the galaxy; if individuals have to die for that to happen, then people die.

I lost two people in ME 2. So far no one in ME 3 however I groaned yesterday as ME 3 went all Winter Soldier on me. I hope my Shep gets to beat the snot out of TIM before this is all over. Sometimes the dead need to stay dead. Know what I mean?

I mean, if you get immersed in a story and connect on any emotional level, as any of the romances can do... then the last thing I need to hear is how Cass wanted angry sex with Varric all along. lol. That bums me out a little. Nobody is attacking me.

 

But to defend the fanfic people, they don't only picture angry sex, you know? They also think Cass wanted sensual sex with Varric all along. There, feeling better?

There's been worse. But mostly people just seem to bail when it gets too rough.

I'm no fanfic fan. But you know that you are taking this far to serious. The fanfic people don't think of it like that. And Varric isn't "cooler than the inquisitor" anyway. It's not a comparison. However, I've never read a fanfic, maybe they even include some sort of courting and envision excessive effort on Varric's side? I wouldn't know.

My shep was dark and brooding as well... and yet Athena still managed to keep everyone alive Dazzle.
