Right! If Leli doesn't turn dour it might be something that breaks her out of her brooding. I can see an argument for not doing it to Cullen. But I seem to recall doing them very early on at Skyhold before heavyness with those two happened and being told off by Josie for them.

Well we don't know how they really view Sera. It might be they do view her as an "irritating" friend by that point. You could always do it after "Wicked Grace" and headcanon that they all bonded over cards and pints enough to be as chummy as they ever would be but I see your point Cat.

Me too, but I would probably notice it pretty quickly because I know my stuff. And people touching my stuff or going into my room without permission/being invited would make me explode with rage. I have a fit if my parents show up unannounced at my home.
