Already downloaded but kind of torn, Chloe is calling me.

 

I'll be looking for impressions. I might get it at the end of the week. I also need to get the Citadel dlc but it's also bills week and I've got a gpu to order.

You'd think it would be possible and simpler just to remove the cap system altogether.

Yep it's probably available if you right click on the game and select "details" and it's probably in the dlc list there. I haven't checked but there is also probably a "new content available" tag over the game in your library.

 

I like this, don't really know why they have a cap on a board.

It doesn't sound like this dlc is a massive necessity right now. It doesn't sound awful but it does sound a little overpriced and it's just adding content to the game you already have. I am sure people will insist this is cut-content if they have not already done so. You can prolly wait a bit anyway.

If the first impressions on Reddit are any indication you can sum up the DLC as fallows: "Jaws of Haakon is Overpriced and basically just another Hinterlands-esque Area that's just filled with merchants, enemies and fetch quests." 

 

Seems like every valid criticism of the core games gameplay is alive and well in the dlc and what little new content their is, is not worth the asking price.

It's supposed to be used to actually show you liking something, without repeating what another has said. Many people have taken to the "like" system as just that, a like system.

 

The board wasn't made specifically for people to hang out. It was made for people to come in, ask questions, get answers and get out. A like system just meant that if someone has posted something that got lots of likes, it's probably the right answer for your question.

 

Now then, back to work.

why would it ? if someone is fanatic and stubborn to get anything DAI related no matter if its good and bad...they wont bother looking up anything just go and get it . 

 

But for others who are unsure..its always good to go look so they dont get dissapointed . Not that it save ya from it...all those preview we saw never really prepared us to the crappyness of DAI .
