If there's one thing I'd wish for a nonelf Inquisitor, it's that she would be somewhat less prickly-afraid of magic and inclined to attack its use. And spirits. The Cole stuff is highly disappointing.
Well, to be fair, she's fine with befriending mages as people and is more concerned about other people's opinions of you "being just another scary mage." She knows you and trusts you and your magic, but acknowledges that the mage-fearing common people probably won't.
Cole though. Yeah, she's never going to be used to him being around. That said, the kid does keep reading her mind even when she repeatedly tells him to stop. You won't want your most imitate emotions and memories being constantly blurted by some weirdo, would you?
I suppose it's karma for all of her annoying pranks.
