I think there was an archer / daggers pair in House of Flying Daggers, but I can't remember how that worked - I think there was a love triangle and everyone died.

 

Maybe it's because daggers don't make that much sense outside of RPGs.

Yeah, I just wondered if because GoT is supposed to be all serious politics it was more interwoven. But Wolf Among Us was fine without the source material so they probably know what they're doing.
