The DLC isn't character specific, only story driven

No companions get development. It's centered around other NPCs, the only not new one is Harding.

Skipped a bunch of pages, but re Victoria in Life is Strange:

I think she was freaked out and crying because of Kate. She's a bully, but she doesn't seem to connect her actions to real world consequences.....seems like she lashes out because of some issues we don't know and doesn't think about other people. Not that it excuses that, but I think she thought of herself as in control and liked the status quo of being mean and above it all, and Kate's attempt really broke that down for her. Could be wrong, but that's how I read it!

I'm playing teh game too! WOOT! *ahem*...I mean , serious analyze and all...Hayden Tell ya in episode 1 that Victoria respected Amber . While Victoria is a Bully...I dont think she is one of those Bully . I think she is more like 'I challenge ya , and if ya dont impress me..ya deserve my wrath' kinda of bully . Cose in episode 1 , I conforted her , after the paint incident and she even took my picture off . Still testing and see if she goes mad in episode 2...but..no bully would retract hostily done if they were real one .

He's the easiest of the mages to get along with too and his chats with Sera are funny. I also like when he shows up in that scene where you catch Cass reading Varric's book. He's quite the card, Dorian is.

lol actually the classic B is classic Biatche..not bully . Bully pray on the weak..Nathan for exemple would fit that . His birth right give him the privilége , to pick on the lesser then him..or even for prank . cose he is painted as the classic rich boy who hang with his homey and do stuff for laugh , and know anything bad could be swept under the carpet by his family money . 

 

Unlike Him , Victoria ....I dont think she would go that far to jeopardize her standing in the school . So she is ya classic B . She create havoc , without trying to leave tie to her . I mean..in that scene..if ya didnt snoope....it would have worked . 

 

And a true bully would never retract or apologize . Time will tell if she is one or not...

I didn't know that. I don't really use shortened words or abbreviations. So, that's good to know. *instantly forgets what a "classic B" is* 

 

Nathan is not a bully. Nathan is a sociopath. He truly does not care what happens to anyone so long as he gains from it in whatever small way that may be.

 

Vicki, alright, isn't as bad as Nathan. She is very much the stuck-up rich b*tch who gets what she wants, when she wants it. She is a bully though because she is specifically targeting another person. To everyone else, she is a b*tch. To Kate, she is a worst nightmare.

Well me saying it sucks is exaggerating a little but Solas' spec is a lot more useful IMO and Viv would be better if AI didn't suck at playing a Knight Enchanter.

As you know I favour mages and rogues roughly equally, but not having to take Anders along is a definite bonus when playing mage Hawke...

As you know I favour mages and rogues roughly equally, but not having to take Anders along is a definite bonus when playing mage Hawke...

I only ever took him for Martyr though. If he didn't have that I would tell him to beat it after his Act 2 quest.

Besides, Mage Hawke gets Carver. Who I actually didn't mind.

The only thing that matters to me

is making sure when I do the final battle that I have an ice mage with me whose staff delivers some cold punishment cause Cory's dragon is susceptible to that. I tend to give all mages "barrier" and "dispel" if possible even if I don't build them as rift mages

What can I say, I'd rather bring a mage who is nice to Sera than one who tries to make her feel bad because she's not into elfy stuff.
