Just wanted to pop in and say I am definitely going to romance Sera on my first playthrough--my Dalish Inquisitor. Sera is such an interesting character and I'm overjoyed to finally have a lesbian LI.

Going to romance Sera w/ a human noble on my first run. I don't know how much roleplay leeway we'll get, but it would be interesting to set Sera up w/ a noble who sympathizes w/ the poor, but doesn't really do anything about it.

I'm pretty sure that I'll be romancing Sera with my elven mage, but anything could happen when I actually play the game.  It depends whether the character I'm playing is a good fit for her.

So the race gated romances were in fact added after DAI got the extension in development so that means the core LI's were the originals when the Inquisitor was going to be human only. Wow whoever came up with that theory was right

But, i have to admit I don't understand why Bioware is giving so many options to the female/straight female side of things. Shouldn't there be more for guys/lesbians, for example? Gay guys are shafted badly in this round, while my female human/elf inquisitor is going to have tons to romance.

It was probably a matter of either-or for them. They can't do much else without making everyone available to everyone else (a la DA2). One or more groups will be perceived as shafted.

Hey so...Human/Elf/Dwarf/Qunari/Sera romance is a go for me.

 

Don't have to worry about race for my first Inquisitor!

 

Oh wait, that makes it worse...I can never decide things.
