Just finished Mass Effect. I still hate the mechanics of the ending, but I actually liked the story.

My god though, the tears. I am looking so forward to playing Erik, I can't take any more heartache!

I think it's actually my favourite of the 3, but that might be because I created the darkest space drama ever, except for saving all the Krogans and scientists. Lol. Super messed up playthrough.

here's where the role-playing aspect grates my nerves in DAI: Thren. Every time she asks if my character was at Ostagar, my god I want to scream "YASSS YA BISH!"

i mean...i know Quiz wasn't there but lordt...hate her trying to feed me that shullbit about Loghain.

dont ya find it weird though ? She barely survive haven if ya dont help...but survive a horde of darkspawn in Ostagar ??

As you probably know, Esri is renegade and so this playthrough has been very dark indeed. Her final action was the destroy the reapers forever, no matter the cost. She let her hatred for the repears blind her to the cost, and gave up her own life to save humanity. She knew she was sending her best friend Edi and all the geth to their deaths, but she couldn't let her sympathy stop her.

Er... By the time I'm at end game level I can destroy a bear in about three attacks. They are annoying early in the game, especially if paired with lyrium smuggler lurkers in the Hinterlands, but I never had one wipe my team...

 

No, I've not been wiped either, but I've been much more irritated trying to kill a horde of bears than the battle with Corypheus which was a breeze.

I love the Krogans. Y'all may think I'm crazy, but they're seriously my favourite species. And Wrex is a giant teddy bear.

My Game is Modded..so no I dont  Boohoo...and even if it wasnt.....Bioware is the reaper..so its on them   and if I compare it to the 2 other ending....yup..its still the paragon in comparison ..so there!

I don't think any of those choices can be categorized easily. They all have renegade/paragon elements, and it kind of screws with you with the whole color mismatch and TIM and Anderson representing them.

 

I would also say that Synthesis was a lot like what Saren proposed... yet people can see the good in the Synthesis too.

I still think the mechanics are fucked over. If you go to the wrong platform not only does it tell you what the colour represents, but you can't walk away. Sooo frustrating.

 

Despite that all though, I actually like the two endings I've seen (even if one is technically a failed mission cutscene.)

Oh, dem FEELZ!! I'm on mobile so I'll be shhhhh about mine for now in case the spoiler tag goes wrong... In my canon I can't choose between that and the second option. Your one=personal gain (with enough EMS)...but the cost... *bawls* :'(
