Yep, i always take Sera with me. 
So far im doing the fetch quests and they're interesting. They're not like "grab this and bring it to this person, blah blah".
There will always be somethign interesting in those fetch quests.
@Alex, then i'd say use the offtopic to a group and not to a Sera thread. Someone new will pop up and talk about Sera.

At some point the culture changed from talking about Sera, Dragon Age and drifting off topic to things which were related to the current thread, to people just posting whatever they want to talk about.
Off topic keeps things informal and nice, but it's gone to far when you have half a dozen pages of the same three people chatting.
