There is one particular convo I like that triggers in the swamp area of the Exalted Plains. Sera freaks out because something brushed against her leg and Cassandra laughs. You know the kind of laugh a parent has when their kids are being silly?

Well... not quite so much for me, at least in terms of party banter. Vivienne is evil enough that there's no point in doing so, and the other seven... well, I might want to enter a debate with them, but I don't really see much in the way of misconduct there.

Oh I've seen a few examples of things I want to challenge and cannot. I'll give you one example that sticks in my craw every time I get this scene: At some point Varric and Cass will fight and she'll reveal that she really wanted Hawke in your place. Each time I get that scene I realize that in real life my feelings would have been hurt and that what she says is really kind of rude, especially in front of you. There is no dialogue option to say "Hey, that was really cold Cassandra! I am standing right here, you know?"
That's just one example.

Or the other where Sera doubts if Cass' whole name would fit into her breeches and Cass laughs. It's good to see Cass having fun.
One of the things that annoys me the most about Sera is her party banter. In her conversations with the Inquisitor, she can be introspective, genuine, caring, and even respectful of choices she wouldn't make, but virtually none of that comes through when talking with anyone else; sometimes it seems like she's just a perpetual obnoxiousness machine. The main exceptions to this are with Cassandra and Blackwall, and whenever she talks about her romance with the Inquisitor, but on the whole, I think her banter was written far too broadly.
She only really likes you, Cassandra and Blackwall, so that's probably why she only opens up to them the most and reveals her true feelings. She does have a few rather interesting conversations with Solas though, like the reason why she and the Red Jennies don't even bother rebelling against the status quo and the whole talk about staring into the Fade and falling.

I haven't posted here since ME3 had its premiere and I picked up Inquisiton pretty late, because my pc is very shitty and couldn't run the Inquisition. ( Got ps4 now, so no matter! )
Anyway, I've been lurking here from time to time and decided to finally write something and show my support to Sera 
I'll admit that I didn't like her at first. I mean, even before the premiere. I thought she was weird and... well, she's still weird, but in the positive sense, since I actually got to know her better. She's a very unique character, I don't remember anyone similar to her in any games I have played.
I love her one liners, her laughter, banter with Iron Bull, her sense of humor and... uh, I'll stop here.
Of course I romanced her, ( couldn't resist ) but I regret that we didn't have more scenes with her. It's still more than we've had in DA2, but... sigh.
Either way, I can't wait for some DLC with the actual interaction with her and other companions. And something with more interesting story than hunting a dragon.
I just realized that I romanced Leliana in Origins and Isabela in DA2.
What's with rogues in Thedas? I mean really... Stop stealing my heart, dammit!

Some dev can unlock the thread... There have been worse threads where the mods threw some warnings and the Sera thread was nothing compared to these threads.
Literally few pages of arguing and bam, lock. More like mod fail.
