Edit: though the hilarious thing is that Sera often makes innuendos without realizing it in banters with Dorian. She's so airheaded sometimes.
Sera is so funny sometimes without even trying to be. One of my favorite banters is the one with Bull, where he says something about her bedding her way to power. She says something like "I didn't want to go up, I wanted her to go down" and Bull just laughs until she gets what she just said and laughs with him. Sera is just awesome.

I really love the style of Sera's armors. I kind of wish we could have something like that for our character.
I agree. If I had the choice, I'd dispense with the mail shirt and the weirdly-placed Inquisitor boiler plate on the Quizzy's armour. Which would basically make it the hunter armour, I think, but as tough as the prowler armour (which is the armours the Quizzy and Sera are both wearing). None of the other looks really work for me, or rather, work on my Inquisitrix.

Did that. Set Block And Slash, War Cry and Devour to preferred as well so he can build up guard and heal himself. He was good for me against trash mobs but died a lot during boss fights, partly because I don't micro him.

I strongly recommend giving it a try. Originally I never used Bull, cuz he died way to easily. Now he goes everywhere with me as a S&S warrior and wrecks face.I considered making him sword n board but I can never bring myself to do it, like it changes his character or something. It's wierd.
I prefer to make Bull a sword and shield warrior. He gets more constitution from the passives in the sword/shield tree and also the shield gives more defense. He gets more ranged defense and cant be flanked. I find that he survives a lot longer this way.
I guess I'll give it a try. A rough looking mercenary shield and a one-handed axe should do it.

I recently discovered that clearing your quest log helps. I just went through my journal and got rid of all the star things and I have been getting more banter. If that doesnt help, you can always look on YouTube for banter.
Orchid once said that it helped as well. Okay, I'll try clear quest logs, too. Maybe it'll fix the issue for me
