Hi Wintery! I've certainly toned down how much I've been playing recently but I've not abandoned it. In terms of the DLC, there's not much new Sera content but there are some gems among what I've heard so far. I want to finish it so I can get back to Solvi and play through Sera's romance again. Most of my Sera romance screenshots are from last year!

 

I got the DLC a few days ago and played some, but I've also been in the mood to watch this and that, and a book I've been waiting for finally came out so... more distractions. And life happening, but it does that.

Well this is relatable... So I purchased the DLC when it came out (PC), and I played it for a few days and then I put it down for weeks. I started playing again a few days ago.

Almost anything Sera-related that isn't some new fanart or fanfic will have been posted here before, but so what? Most new people don't have time to trawl through nearly 4000 pages to look for everything, so why not share again?

 

Especially when at least 1000 of those pages are weird off-topic banter, haha,

It's reasonable to discuss the temple and Dalish though, they are the most controversial aspects of Inky's romance with Sera. OT is probably five times more than the Mythal/Dalish discussions. Unless you want to include SPEW. Which pretty much died the day the game came out. Still love Sera and Lavellan though, can't help myself, Sera's adorable.

 

Oh no one's debating that it's on-topic and a valuable discussion, it just is one of our most pervasive discussions here, lol.

It's reasonable to discuss the temple and Dalish though, they are the most controversial aspects of Inky's romance with Sera. OT is probably five times more than the Mythal/Dalish discussions. Unless you want to include SPEW. Which pretty much died the day the game came out. Still love Sera and Lavellan though, can't help myself, Sera's adorable.

I contributed more than my fair share to both OT and Dalish/post-Mythal debates, and Tressa Lavellan/Sera is odds-on to be my canon DAI playthrough.

I've gotten into my character more than I thought I would so I am playing a bit more. Plus the DLC surprised me in how good and fun it was! Probably my favorite area/map now!

I had a lot of fun naming my weapons. I only customized one for Sera though. Near the end of the game I named her bow "Gitslayer."

 

In my last playthrough I named everything I made for my Inky after something from the game Munchkin. There's just something fun about having a top-tier fire damage staff named Staff Of Napalm.

 

It's gelato in brioche, which is a Sicilian speciality (Artemis is from Sicily) and it's bloody lovely. Good beer is also lovely, but I'm not sure that I'd want to consume both at the same time...

There's a Sicilian cafe here in York which sells them and they are lovely, although I think one is probably half of your GDA calories on its own!

Here's an odd bit.  My fav Inquisitor ended up bugged.  I posted on several forums, but no1 ever a suggestion.  I romanced Sera twice; however, the first time I romanced everyone then went to Sara last.

Romance went fine, got to sex cut scene, immediately went to war room (I'm such a romantic), and Josie--who I am not with--tells me we are breaking up because she was engaged.  I think I might have been more surprised than the Inquisitor.  The romance scenes never advanced, even though I could still kiss her and the game thought we were still in a romance.

So I was determined THIS Inquisitor was going to be with her.  I went back to the original Skyhold save.  Went through the game unlocking stuff, but we never even made it to the rooftop talk.  Broke up with her...which made me sad after working to hard to get the romance...and Cullen was east and immediately unlocked all his scenes.

This is the last play through for my mage (3rd time is a charm, I hope).  I went back to Haven.  So far so good.  I'm in a romance with no other buggy scenes coming up.  BTW: it also didn't let me play through Josie's romance even though it was her scene that boondoggled the whole thing.

Since I am on a Sera thread...anyone ever had this happen?

The romance should progress with the main story line.

I can honestly say Sera is my fav romance, but saying you like her seems to be the same as saying Jarjar Binks is great and your favorite movie is Star Trek V.  LOL.  

Of the 32 percent of F/Inquisitors I wonder how many have a Sera romance as compared to the other 2-4 romancable options.  I also wonder if EA keeps stats on mods for peeps who want their male Inquisitor to romance her.
