I hate Sebby the whiny child that has too much power given to him because of his invasion of Kirkwall and i could see Sera offing him just because he killed a lot of people for having nothing to do with Anders. The fact that he is a noble ****** probably makes it better for her when killing him.

I do feel sorry for the servants of the Inquisition.

Inquisitor's bed smashes into the ground

Cullen: MAKER'S BREATH!

Servant: *sigh* I hate my job.

Servant two: Wait, this is the Inquisitor's bed.

Inquisitor: SORRY! FADEY WADEY ANCHOR HAPPENED!

Cullen:I order you to not look at the Inquisitior.

Inquisitor is naked with Sera.

Inquisitor: Let's do it on my throne and on the war room.

Cullen disapproves.

Cole approves

Iron Bull watches by using his Ben Hassarath ways to stay hidden.

Dorian is busy brushing his stache

Cass is reading her smut

Varric is writing Inquisitor Smut

Sandal nukes Skyhold for not having him in the game.

You do realize that 75% of the game is in areas with forests and trees and what not? Not sure what this aversion you have with nature is all about.

Well to be fair to all those Sera cosplayers, the Inquisitor does drag Sera all over every forest in Ferelden and Orlais ;-)

Sunnie, I think it's because of her dialogue in Verchiel where she talks about how she's a city girl and essentially hates trees.

I'm going to have to be on the look-out for some Sera cosplay in an urban setting! :P

It's not my aversion, it's Sera's. She makes no bones about being a city girl and not liking being out and about in nature.

She says "the veil is bored of trees, here, if it has any sense" in The Emerald Graves, for example.

Of course we spend lots of time wandering around forests, but she doesn't like it, and I'd like to see cosplayers represent that instead of just looking like standard "elfy elfs." Better yet I'd love to see a Sera cosplay in an old inn or medieval street, which is her true habitat, although I admit that is a tough ask for anyone outside Europe...

Not bad. Fire the photographer for getting modern railings in shot, though...

The best we could manage in my area is some of the old, 18th century, colonial sections that still exist with cobblestone streets.

There's also Bryn Athyn cathedral near my mother that some rich nutter had shipped over from Sweden and rebuilt here as it was. It dates to the early 1600's.

So if you do cosplay near Philadelphia here is a decent location. /\

That is mental. And somehow also awesome.

You could even have photoshopped the modern stuff out afterwards. It's not that tough a job...

I should perhaps mention here that although i like to whinge about the trees thing, I do it in the spirit of Sera as opposed to being really serious about it. I'd love to see a Sera cosplay in a tavern or what have you but I'm not actually boiling with rage or anything. I think cosplayers do an amazing job in general and I appreciate the time and dedication that goes into their work.

What was that cathedral section that we saw where the walls were all crumbly and half-burned again? That place is perfect!

Yeah I meant you in the general sense, sorry. British idiom, perhaps?

Oh the ruins of St Mary's Abbey? I dunno they seem a bit elfy-elf-like to me... ;)

I'd be more inclined to go with somewhere like the Merchant Adventurer's hall...

Right, you're definitely on to something there.

I agree. It's so refreshing to hear a genuine regional English accent that's not cockney. I like that she uses some proper English slang, too. It's only marred by the occasional Americanism that slips in, but I'll forgive the writers that given where they're based.

It's Robyn Addison's normal voice (she's from Derbyshire), too:

It helps that for me it's a local accent  ;) Her VA comes from a town about ten miles away!

Is a shame there's so many people who dismiss her voice as a "dumb chav accent" pretty insulting really

I love Sera's accent, I think it's kind of sexy. And her voice actress did a fantastic job too. She managed to convey lots of emotion into the romance scenes as well as the emotional cookie scene on the roof. I also really love her laugh, it's pretty adorable.

Is her accent specifically a Derbyshire accent?  Wow, that's cool.  I love accents and didn't quite nail that location in my mind.

Cheers!

And yeah, I love her accent and find it very appealing.

It's not a really strong Derbyshire accent, and it's probably softened a bit from living in London as she does now, but yes it is. That's where she's from originally.

I love accents too. I probably have a bit of a voice kink. lol.

I like Sera's voice because it is different from all the other 'Ferelden Accents' we have heard.

I don't get how people could have trouble understanding her though. She has a strange speech pattern but I never found it hard to understand.

It should perhaps be noted that while Robyn's (and by extension Sera's) accent is from Derbyshire, Sera's speech patterns are well... from Sera (or Lukas). She uses British idioms/slang quite often but her manner of speech isn't quite like anyone else I've known.
