I loved talking to Sera after she and Inky get married and she talks about how she never really cared much for words until she gave her vows. So many adorable moments with her in Trespasser

gahh, can I just say I can't get enough? I've been re-reading fanfics I've long since finished again mostly "Buckles"

Also not a spoiler but this DLC def pushed Sera into being my favorite bioware romance 

and i may or may not be writing my inquisitor's story because of it

It's tough to pick a favourite BioWare romance, as there are several that mean a lot to me, but my other favourites would be Morrigan and Liara, whose romances both now span more than one game and who each have DLCs specifically focused on them. (Hearing Morrigan talk about my Warden with such fondness in DAI turned my knees to jelly...) As you can probably see I tend to favour a few ups and downs in my romance stories...

 

Even before Trespasser, Sera's romance was my favourite one-game BioWare romance. It just felt the most real to me with her pet names and the details in her Cabinet of Wonder Whose it Was. I've yet to finish the DLC but so far it's just reinforcing that position for me.

 

Hmmm... This thread has been lacking in Sera pics recently...

Agreed that Sera is one of the most detailed and, in a way, subtle romances Bioware has ever written. I say subtle because of the hidden gems in the diary. And in order to get those hidden gems we have to be the worst girlfriend ever and read Sera's diary... which she keeps in plain sight outside her room.

 

Or could it be that Sera deliberately left it there to see if Quizzy would use it against her, and when she saw that Quizzy was paying attention to the stuff in the diary it became her way to tell her how she really felt even if she couldn't bring herself to say it out loud?

There were enough hints in the main game to make me fairly certain that Trespasser Sera was in there somewhere. She just needed some time feeling secure among friends/with her lover in order to show herself.

When Sera counted to ten, and then asked "Is she done talking", I realised that she had written a script for herself to follow and was reading her stage directions to herself aloud, my heart just melted at how much she wanted to avoid screwing things up.

ZOMG, with her past hurts and heaping piles of trust issues, that had to be why she was doing that. This makes her even more my favorite romance than she would have been anyway.
