I think that The Superior/Refined Prowler Mail with matching Prowler Mail arms and legs looks amazing on Sera, but that's just my taste I guess...

 

 

I put the Skin that Strikes on her in my last Trespasser playthrough and I thought that was OK... You can get a schematic for it too.

I'd use the Stone Stalker Coat, probably, though that's because I just thought all of the Descent armor looked amazing.

Maybe it's because I'm unimpressed with Sera's default outfits, but that doesn't look all that bad?

Sera has no definition in that armor. Oddly, it looks better on male characters, I think. Plus, Sera hates both mages and Templars, so having her in that armor is terrible characterwise.

 

Well, I'd say she doesn't hate templars, in fact I'd say she really respects them a lot. But she's afraid of what they can do if unchecked. I would assume the same is mostly true for mages, but her fear is probably greater in that case.

 

If you take her to Champions of the Just and raise the Templar flag banner highest her objection is something like "They're good and all, but first?"

Well, considering one of the options when you first talk to her after picking her up is berating both sides for the stupid war, I'd say she does not like them that much.

I think that's the point. She doesn't like what either side did in the war. She thinks that lots of innocent people got caught up in their power struggle, which is why she favours conscripting the mages or disbanding the Templars. She wants both sides brought under control, but I wouldn't say that she hates them unreservedly.

That said, I don't think she'd be happy in Templar armour at all...

I imagine little!Sera being miserably stuffed into fluffy dresses, stockings... I figure she'd be a lil chubby for that portion of her life, finally being well-fed, just gorging herself because she's afraid of going hungry again. The thought of Lady Emmald instructing Sera on ~proper ladylike manners~ and how to differentiate between a salad fork and a dessert fork, to sit/talk/eat like a Lady™, and basically just smothering all the little idiosyncrasies that make her her...

Aaaaand now I made myself sad.

perhaps one of the first things Sera had done, after Lady Emmald's passing, stop with the upkeep of her hair, allow it to pull and tangle, becoming a mess before slicing it away, shedding it along with the life that was forced down her throat... she would have already decided not to take the inheritance... she was sure she'd readjust, maybe it was a bit more difficult than she remembered... maybe its why the Jenny's took her in... (apparently Lady Emmald left things to her, according to the world of thedas? i haven't bought it) her distain for nobelity was fanned by her adopted parent we do know... these could've been other reasons besides her race being used against her... giving her maybe the start of her elf-issues   no i am totally not getting inspired to write another thing that distracts from my actual story...no not at all

Hey. That reminds me of early game Arianne. Before In Hushed Whispers. Short, slightly messy hair, red-headed, used a bow. Even had that armor up to the point of crawling through the snow post In Your Heart Shall Burn.
