I haven't posted much here or anywhere in the forums lately but I'm going to miss what we had here. I fondly remember the time before DAI came out, the anticipation for the game and for our beautiful girl Sera. The fun we had here was so precious to me, the people I got to know are special. I fit in here and I've missed those times, I've stayed away mostly because so many weren't here anymore and it made me sad. I came back once not too long ago and was welcomed by some of the good people that I've known for a long time. It kind of made me sad and emotional though (some of you may remember how much of an emotional mess I can be ) because I missed the way things were. I was hoping when the characters for Andromeda were announced that maybe we could all come back together to look forward to a new game and a new Sera.

I've made friends here, really good friends, some that I talk with outside of the forums and outside of gaming, it's been wonderful for me. It's not easy for me to make friends. Going to miss not having a chance to meet more people and I'm going to miss the fun. It wasn't all good there were times when I really struggled in the forums, got so upset at one point that I deleted my account but I was drawn back.

Right now I can't see myself going to one of the splinter groups as it won't be one large community anymore and that makes me sad. My enthusiasm for gaming is at an all time low, gaming wasn't just a game for me it was the people I met here that made it more fun for me. (yeah, I'm crying, big surprise right.)

Thank you to all the wonderful people here that made me feel so welcome and accepted, I'll miss you. S.P.E.W. all the way!!! Sorry you wonderful Qunari folk but I had to get that in.

Reddit.... I just don't understand how it works. There's no logic to it. How do you know who most recently replied to something in order to have an actual conversation? Crazy. And no good.

And yeah... the Seranade is the only character thread I care about any more. Where else will we find a similar bunch of appropriate nutters?

What about the fanfics?! How will we know about them now?!

I never liked nested comments, and Reddit brings that to a whole new level.

Twitter is fine for promotional links but little else.

There is a lot to be said for an easy to follow chronologically ordered thread, and none of the communities they mention have that. Shame.

Yeah, none of them allow for a coherent discussion at all, which means they are very, very limited.  And, no doubt, that's just the way they like it.
