When did you get your code? Usually it works after 24 hours. That's what happened for most people.

Had the same problem. 

 

• 1) Open Origin --> top left corner "origin" tab --> Redeem Code -----> type in code, or
• 2) http://activate.ea.com -----> Redeem code
• 3) Once code redeemed go to https://dragonagekeep.com/en_US/
• 4) IMPORTANT, if you are already logged in you will need to log out and login again for the code redemption to be recognised.
• 5) READ AND ACCEPT THE NDA AGREEMENT - BioWare are letting people into the Keep in batches, so you won't be added to the waiting list until you've accepted the NDA (thanks /u/themightygerm)
• 6) Bioware say access should happen a few days after you accept the NDA. Check the Twitter feed or just keep going to the Dragon Age Keep. You'll get in when you get in.

Don't worry you are not alone. Also when you accept the NDA and get the link to the Beta forums, you may need to log back in again. If you get an error message on the boards that would be why.

I apparently got in a week ago and literally didn't realize it until this morning when a friend reminded me and I logged in to check.

 

I was one of the lucky ones who were able to get a hold of a few codes at PAX (3 of them) so I've had this code activated for a little while.
