Actually they could get along very well (just look at Aveline and Isabela , who would've tough those 2 could strike a friendship) . I do agree with TEK in that she's probably going to have problems with a lot of people regardless, including the advisors. I've said before that I especially don't see her getting along with Vivienne. But I don't think she will have as strong an opinion when it comes to the adivsors. Josephine and Cullen both seem like they would be at least 'okay' to her.

I'd say that based on the info we have Vivienne and Cole are more or less in the same spot, at least initially.
Between the advisors, I would think it's a tie between Leliana and Cullen initially. Either way, I don't see Sera having a strongly negative opinion of any of the advisors, even if she ends up not getting along with them. Being indifferent towards them is probably about as far as it goes.

So far the worst relationship between companions was male-male. Ander-Fenris was pure venom.
Aveline-Isabela were fine at the end, and Isabela had a friendly relationship with both Bethany and Merrill.
Not that I think of, I don't recall banters between Merrill and Bethany.
Merrill and Bethany are friendly, but Bethany dislikes blood magic. Oddly, Hawke mentions in Act 2 that they didn't get along, despite there being no evidence for such.
I actually found the Anders/Fenris thing interesting, to see two people who'd be completely willing to kill each other were it not for them both being on Hawke's team.
