I see alot of people around these forums who roleplay a certain character on their first run whereas for me I always just play the first one as if it were me. What choices would I pick, am I morally okay with such a choice and so on. I don't have a plan on the first run, I just wing it.

I don't usually roleplay, which I guess is why I have no issues playing as a lady and romance other dudes. To me it's purely a matter of personal enjoyment, like watching a movie. I do whatever I think is cool.

They did say a few days ago they made her hotter. I'm not sure what they'd mean by that though.

well I dare say....(again maybe wrong)...but the 'giant jaw' everyone was complaining about seem to be gone . And her eyes look different....

But this is art , so maybe she is still the same in game ?

She overall looks the same to me, with some minor changes to the jaw and it looks like Bioware is making necks smaller

I did it once for Morrigan, rather Morrigan's friendship arch though. I don't normally like playing as dudes myself if I can help it but Cass will be my one token male protagonist run for this game. Looks so so good.
