Heh. Never done it myself except for experimentation, but it is amusing. 

 

I don't think my Warden was that oblivious, so... :S

 

Never tried it myself, but I always pick that journal line when I elf it. It just makes sense for a dalish elf to be clueless to Lels hinting plus it's hilarious.

yeah the female human inquisitor that is in that pic looks fine to me, I would just change her hair to a more shorter style, change the hair and skin color and also the eye color and i would be set

Also not sure if folk here know or not but Warden won't be appearing in DAI at all, confirmed.

Kinda makes sense though... rendering the Warden in DAI would require voice work... and that could really wreck it for some people. "My Warden shouldn't sound like that!"

I seem to always play as a Shem. Both times through Origins I was like, "Yup, gonna make an elf or a dwarf." But nope, ended up with a generic human... I'm just really boring, I guess.

My second Inquisitor is definitely being a Qunari lady though.

The Character Creator... damn... I was super impressed. The variety you can create in there, not seen anything like it... at least, not from Bioware. I am yet to truly come to terms with just how long I will spend building my first Inquisitor.

One thing I must say I'm happy about , is how the make up , eyeliner , lipstick and hairdo colors all look strong . In both DAO and DA2 , I had a hard time seeing the colors and had to squint the whole time..and I already have a bad sight as it is . So yeah , that is a big plus +100

I have yet to come up with an idea for a Sera ficlet, I'm sorry to say.  I've have an inkling of a Josephine-ish one, though.  I've had one with Varric in; it was posted in that thread.  But it's really about my (hypothetical) qunari Inquisitrix, and the others would be too...

Indeed.

Watching the EGX talk the other day, I was really happy to hear that they'd focused so much on colour and surfaces, like textures and material lighting. The character faces look brilliant: colourful, detailed, and quite attractive... even the derpy dwarf had a rugged edge.

They really outdone themself . Even the skin look almost real...make you wanna poke at it  Also one thing that is a plus too , is the eye choices ! No more weird eyes that look like it is an error shoved in there just for number .

lol you are not alone . I always did take my time making and choosing my class . And switching back and forth (Ahh BG2 the little thing that change how your tiny charname looked) .....but with something that big ?? Holy hell..I be stuck in there far longer just to get that 'right' feel before I start my game . Cose one tiny mistake..and I have to delete..cose it be bugging me to no end .

well..._{qunari hair fan wouldn't agree with the 'perfect' part} lol but compared to previous games , damn yeah . It does look amazing ! and details ! And amazing ! 

 

One thing I have high hope for (and hoping it won't dissapoint) is the dialogue wheel . Check this one out..it look like nothing we ever had before !

well, cc looks way more in depth than i thought it would....  wish they would have some dialogue if you clone a companion in the game
