Yeah, the card definitely needs to go, I'm afraid. You need a dedicated GPU at a minimum. I also don't think 4 gigs of RAM will be quite enough, just a bare minimum.
well..I can't get ride of the card . It is stuck on the motherboard . Like totally glued..one of those card.... 
Usually it mean either get a new computer or hope the motherboard has a 2nd slot for another one right ?
I cant get a new one..so will have to swing it .

Yeah, it's an integrated chip so you can't get rid of it unless you get rid of the CPU/motherboard altogether, which is why I said you need a dedicated card

Do we know if when you gonna use a bow , do we need to stack up as well in Arrows ? Do we know any of that??? sometimes u could shoot arrow and dont have any in your Invt .

You need to craft arrows if you want to auto attack now?
Or do you mean stack up on "special" arrows, like in Origins (that would deal extra damage)

I don't think we'll ever see limited arrows in DA series, since the basic attack is an auto attack. I've never heard of it.
Blah . No , I'm wondering if in DAI they kept the old arrow system or is it a new one . In Origins you could buy few arrows that had special effct (fire arrow) but without those..you could still shoot your bow (wich was lame) . So with the new engine and crafting stuff . I'm wondering if it be the same where we have to stack up arrows and they take space and give weigh or is it like the old system where you could shoot your bow even if you have no arrow showing up in your inventory .
To tell the truth, I find the concept of limited ammo in games with auto-attack and in strategy games pretty bad.
For example, in Men of War, I kept running out of bloody ammo, and the troops wouldn't tell me. So many people died in that game because they were too shy to tell me "But, Herr Kommandant/Tavarish Comissar/Commander I'm out of ammunition!"

If they wanted to implement limited arrows in the game I think they would increase the damage inflicted by them. Getting an arrow stuck in you is a pretty serious predicament.

Against an armored target I would argue the arrow is the more serious thread. Once the bullet is in, it's not going to move much, but the arrow shaft is going to be stuck in the armor and get moved around by any movement the victim makes. Yikes.
