That's a good point. I preordered the strategy guide with my game hoping it will help me better find my way around.
To be honest, I'm not even sure I believe their claim that the game is truly 150 hours for a completionist. That seems waaaaay too much for a BioWare game. But I don't really mind either way. It's just a matter of planning things accordingly for me.
Maybe they account for the time you'll spend just admiring the scenery?
I'm sure a lot more people will get through DAI's main quest than Skyrim's.
Skyrim's main story was both boring and short I thought, that is for sure one thing DA has over it is storytelling which I prefer

Frankly, I thought it was neither boring nor short. But I know full well that I'm in a tiny minority with that opinion. 
I don't even own Skyrim anymore I completed the story and did every quest plus the DLC but after that just lost all interest in it all together so I sold it

I liked Skyrim's story, but Elder Scrolls has always had stronger gameplay than storytelling. Dragon Age has been the reverse so far for me. Great story, ok gameplay. We'll see how Inquisition manages it.

I wouldn't say I lost interest; I just feel burnt out as hell. I've been playing basically for the last year (although I did take a significant break when I traveled).

Hmm, I never found Elder Scrolls gameplay anything to write home about tbh. For me it was always the world, lore, aesthetics and mod support that sold it for me.
I said the gameplay was stronger than the storytelling. Not that it was strong. Nuance!
But yeah, Tamriel is a fascinating world.

Oh good, fellow Imperial supporters, yay Empire! It's funny though, in Oblivion I really hated the Imperials, and now I'm really going off the Nords. I'm worried if the next game is in the Summerset Isles/Alinor/Whatever it's called in that game, I'll start hating those lovely Altmer.

Oh the hairstyles still hasn't affected my desire to play FemQunari and romance Sera with her. Yes, I wanted bigger hair, but the bun does seem to get nicer everytime I look at it, and I might even go for the cornrows, (I think it's called?), or something. But she's definitely going to be my third playthrough, unless I start hearing really great things about the Sera romance.
Same...but I'm still gonna play FemQunari first and make her scaryyyyyyyy . If she had longer hair..she wouldve been gorgeous , but oh well . At least the faces , I must say they are beautiful . I was afraid we get some weird looking female or something .
