Though, the Inquisitors in those shots are level 20, and given that the level cap is 30, (I think) I can't imagine a sort of-generic sounding 'Keeper's Robe' would still be locked. High Keepers Robe, maybe...

Wellz, considering the vitaar are clearly race-locked to qunari, the Keepers robes may be race-locked to elves.

Level cap is confirmed to be 30 at launch.

 

Race-locked armor does kinda make sense, since I believe when they said armor restrictions don't apply they were referring specifically to classes.

I would imagine armors still have stat requirements like the previous games, but those screenshots imply racial locking more than anything else.

 

Or those two robes may be locked to Solas specifically and not available to the Inquisitor, elf or no.

Not specifically Solas' armour, I think. It's from 'Scout Mail' which makes sense for that particular bonus.

Whoops, I thought it meant unique for him... that does make sense... xD

 

Also, it looks like we can craft armor to stack bonuses on top of our racial defense bonuses... that's good to know.

oh so they confirmed a level cap? Hopefully its possible to reach in game, unlike the level 50 cap in DA 2 I still wonder why they made it so high in DA 2

Which isn't surprising since all we have really seen is alpha build or earlier, hopefully they release a screen of Sera

I like to think that The Elder One has custom Physiological tortures for each companion for one phase of the game meant to shock and traumatize them. Wonder what sort of Terror he could conjure up for Sera's mind.
