Hum...are you saying there are black elf like they actually exist ? I though all elf were white . Or are you asking for a customization options ?? 

 

Elves come in all colors.

Pffff! I know the dalish are 'Proud' . It,s the 'Do nothing to help the city elf' that rub me wrong . heck , the fact some elf doubt they exist at all...make it clear the Dalish aren't trying and shalk up the state and fate of the city elf as 'they forget their roots' . how about less judging and more helping ? cose when I love freedom..I would want it to those who are like me . And will do my darnest to make them find it and hear about it...

I dont just sit there and start pointing reasons to why they are over there and shackled...instead..I grab a saw and free them . If they pissed for me meddling..at least , I tried . 

 

There's the whole it could start another war with humans that is the tricky part, of course I sympathize with the city elves but I dunno if storming in to all those Alienages would do more harm than good in the long run.

Speaking of playing as a dude to romance ladies... I adore Morrigan and always have, and I think I could romance her just fine if I could only come up with a good character concept, but I get stumped trying to decide what Origin to go with. (Plus, her sisterly relationship with my female Wardens is very touching, even if they still kinda want to see her naked, LOL.)

It's weird, because I was able to romance Leliana just fine as a guy even though she's available to female Wardens. So for me I guess it's less about the sex/sexual orientation of the NPC and more about whether I can come up with a good match for them, and I've never been able to imagine the right guy for Morrigan.

Regardless, I am very happy Sera's gay, lol.

I distinctly remember seeing some dark skinned Dalish, but DAO doesn't render dark skin very well, so I don't know. My Warden *points to avatar* was supposed to be darker, but the lighting made her look just mildly tanned.

Hope I can craft something as a special gift for Sera...she might actually like cute things on the low. If not, a flask seems the most reasonable since she hangs out at the bar in Skyhold.

There are many way you can help the city elf . Infiltration , giving them ressource , weapons and such . It can be done . But it isn't .

Where such an issue rise..and the 'Servile' went far and wide to help those like them from oppression , as far as getting killed in the process . (Btw that serie and Avernum serie are both awesome games..which I recommand to anyone who want a earthshaking kind of story  )

Trivia: that render was from Warcraft3, from when the series was a more a traditional offline RTS.
