The giggling behind the Red Jenny Door suggest that Sera is playful and a trickster - the cat vid just about does it.  Can your actress pull off that personality w/in the behavior model?  

I suggest that she have keen senses to alert you of danger and can be asked to lead the group to scout ahead if ever appropriate.  

Also that she can run off to collect crafting items or make camp to craft potions.  

Quest aware for her own needs (direct quests) and knowledgeable of some dangers and pitfalls that she knows well from her travels or the stories she can tell.  

For combat particularly good with a bow.

Going with the zen quote, even the best character has a bad day and Sera is no different so you have to console her on the bad days.  Maybe you find her crying at the campfire remembering lost friends and mistakes.  Speaking with her to lift her mood might lead to quests and her gratitude

Oh, I wasn't thinking explicit, but slightly cheesy/sleazy. Like Jacob's romance scene in ME2 (though to be fair to Jacob I did only ever watch that scene on youtube, with hilariously awkward music added in).
