people said the same thing about Varric only kidding that he doesn't find humans attractive and look how that turned out, also Zevran was a fling and her relationship with Fenris is also only physical with no feelings behind it 

 

Well, no way to tell for sure and in the end it doesn't really matter. Because no matter the gender, both Isabela and Leliana are very loyal to their partner so its a mute point. It will never be clarified for fear of making on genders romance with the character seem less to the other.

Well Leliana does also enjoy sex with Zevran in the fourway too. And I think she can say he's attractive at some other point. She's actually the only one of the Dragon Age companions that I've completed full games while romancing as both genders of PC. I don't really remember any differences but it's been so long now.
