But Queen Sera has a nice ring to it. That, I could get on board with. If I usurp any thrones in this game, I'll consider giving one of them to her.

It really does seem blond hair has become a sign of evil in young characters. Maybe it all started with that mean ole Nellie Olson (who, incidentally, I do see a Jeffrey resemblance to).
Not all young characters, at least not in DA. Sera looks like she's a bit older than Alistair, and he was only 20 when the Fifth Blight broke out. Maybe there is hope yet!

I poorly phrased what I meant, sorry. Definitely didn't mean Sera or anything DA. Meant more about popular evil children with blond hair. Draco, Jeffrey, the vampire girl from Blade... but for every draco I guess there is also a Luna. I think it might be Village of the Damned syndrome. Haha.
Or maybe I'm just so used to black hair being symbolic of evil that I notice it more with blond. As a brunette, myself, it's hard to tell.
I think Sephiroth started that trend among the guys at least. I sure saw a lot more pretty blonde/white haired men as villains after he showed up in '96.
Anyhow, when do you guys think we'll hear about Sera? Do you think we'll hear more about her before E3, or after? I'm sure no one outside of the DA Team knows for certain, but I'd love to hear some guesses.

really, i thought it was the whole pushed the game back a year thing that was the worst news... at least at the time
Actually that was the best news. It means more funding and more time for development. DA2 was ruined (ish) cause it was rushed. DAI is gonna rock because it had a nice long dev time.+

I'm down for that. She's a good VA, and can really bring personality to her roles.
Plus, I've already had a romance with her in Skyrim and SWTOR, might as well add another RPG in the mix.

Yeahhhh I'm not a big fan of Bailey. She's done a few good voice acting roles that I liked, but for the most part...I tend not to be crazy about her work. She can do "bratty" well enough, but more in the "insufferable" way and less the "endearing." If she does some of her lower tones, it might work, but often that can sound forced, so I dunno.
She could do it, but I'd be very anxious about the whole thing. Ah, well.
