I have a feeling that she is going to be in my party all the time... although, there are so many companions that seem so amazing that, for the first time, I may have a hard time picking just three at a time.

Yeah, Sera and Cassandra I see as being pretty much staple companions at this rate.

Almost impossible to speculate on Sera, since we know pretty much nothing. But what else are we going to do in here? So... what type of character quest would you all like to see in the game, if there is one? Maybe plan a heist (ala Kasumi)? Shoot down a wild beast with an arrow? Tell jokes back and forth to make Cassandra feel uncomfortable?

I think it will be surrounding obtaining something of value, like Kasumi, just less sentimental. Most likely one of the funniest quests too. Sera seems like she'll be a blast and Aveline's quest, which I also believe was written by Luke, was by far one of the funniest in DA2, imo, (though some may have been down to Sheryl and Isabela, not sure how that sort of writing is handled).

Are Fex still in the universe? I know there was a minor blurb about 'em somewhere, but they've never been mentioned in game (as far as I'm aware).

A race that lives in Seheron/Par Vollen. It's a sentient race with an animal-like appareance (I don't recall if they ever stated which animal the race is based on).

On the plus side, it's hard to crush the PC's feelings unless the NPC is loveable. So there should be some sweet and sentimental moments before our hearts are ripped out. haha

 

Like all Bioware games, I'll be investing in plenty of kleenex.
