True, though I kind of enjoyed watching my Dalish archer use her mind to throw arrows at the enemy all while cleverly pantomiming the use of a bow.

Didn't mean it as a bad thing. I like the idea of invisible stealth arrows.

I think that's a trick of camera angles. Earlier in the trailer we see her with both her bow and arrows.

So do I! Maybe it's to save on budget for the scenes where two NPCs physically interact. That way, say a kiss animation, wouldn't need a unique one for elves and every other race, because the elves are just the same height as the humans.

Hypothesis: shorter elves are short primarily because of poor diets and not entirely because of genetic factors. Elves raised in circumstances of relative poverty, e.g. Dalish tribes living on the margins of Ferelden or in the ghettos alienages of that country, will be shorter. Elves raised on a healthier diet and with a healthier lifestyle, such as the prized possessions of Tevinter magisters, will be more likely to be tall.

Alternative explanation: her parents stuck her feet in fertilizer every night.

Other alternative explanation: taller is prettier.

I'd follow the artistic change path, since all elves in DA2 benefit from the height increase, and all elves will likely benefit from it in DAI, no only Solas and Sera.

Well from what I've learned from watching Buffy, is that short people are the best at stopping apocalypses. Therefore, if Sera isn't short, Thedas will surely be apocalypsed. Here endeth the lesson.

Like Varric and Inquisitor, she has a Forever Bag.

 

For those of who who don't know what a Forever Bag is, it was an item in Thundercats which had a regular looking bag be enchanted to actually contain a never-ending dimension inside it if the user said the magical phrase. Ever since that was introduced, I have referred to any Inventory system in RPGs to being Forever Bags since the player can carry a rediculous amount of items without being impeded by weight or just size of the bag.
