Friendship is fine . I did love how Aveline and Isabela become one . And I knew , I didnt have to worry about those 2 . (now if only Anders and fenris could kiss and make out....Hawke can have a drink at the Hanged Man without interruption  ) . 

 

*Ahem* and I did like Morrigan Friendship......

So yes , I approve of friendship with the romances I shall not be able to romance . And will love those friendship...

What I really hope is that there will be Cass friendship moments. If my lady can't romance her at least i'd like to have the option to be her best, loyal friend. (ofc depends on the decisions there and how much Cass likes you)

Well, Isabela and Aveline became really good friends who tease each other from time to time. They're like big and lil sisters. That's also a kind of friendship i like.

 

 

Here, have one of my favorite dialogues of them:

 

 

Random pirate: A real sea captain is a force of nature. Like the sea herself. Like wind and tides.

Isabela: You hear that, Hawke? I’m a force of nature.

Aveline: So is plague.

 

 

They just tease each other so much.

 

I like those kinds of relationships too! There are just a lot of...aspects of their arc/friendship that I find frustrating....not always even unrealistic, per se, just...not something that I find fun or new to play through. I think I would have liked their relationship a lot more if they'd entered the "respecting eachother" phase a bit earlier...in particular, the way Aveline treats Isabela is really upsetting to me, so I don't end up having them together much. It's one of those "great in theory, but...the execution failed for me" type things. Shrug. I wish their main source of conflict had been more from the "law vs pirate" thing, and that they'd bonded together more as women earlier on. 

 

But regardless...it was done, and I would like to see something different this time from Cass & Sera.
