Never played an Archer in DAO...hmm what say you guys? fem Dalish Archer ftw or nah? (oh...I have no idea what specialization to match with an Archer...Ranger???)
I played one in DAO, didn't enjoy it, the combat was sooooooo slow and boring as an archer so I scrapped that idea by the time I reached Redcliffe. Enjoyed my time as an archer much more in DA2 though. Looks great in DAI from the bits we saw already. I won't bother with a rogue archer myself until a much later playthrough. For now I got Sera filling that role so I'll play something else.
It looks fun in DAI, but you got Sera in that role, duel wield it yourself maybe.

I liked Ranger for a Dalish archer for story reasons. It's pretty fun too.
Archer gets pretty powerful the higher you are in level. I was pretty unstoppable in DA:Awakening (this is where you can pick up the Accuracy talent, which is awesome).

Lets hope its better in DAI...cose I would love for my Dalish to use the Bow .
Gah! I just typed up a long post about how the notion that all lesbians must necessarily have been mistreated by men is patently ridiculous, and it got lost in a forum glitch...

Artificer sets traps. Tank aggros enemies. Enemies trigger traps. Tempest archer shoots special arrows. Mage and tank mop up. It's perfect!

Loved Varric, still do, Seb tho ugh, what a weenie. That was a waste of money for sure.
Loved Skyrim archery, godly time as a Bosmer elf tbh. I liked the DA2 archery, vast improvement to the DAO version IMO.
Yea the ending it pretty neat, as is some of the things you do to the main baddies. Wont say what happens, but its pretty cool. Mind you its technically harder to do a Low chaos run/ghost run. No being spotted or killing. Now that is insane.
Still havent managed it yet.
I will agree with you on the outfits. I want to see if I can make some Dunwall(the name of the city is Dishonored for those who havent played it) themed outfits.
I also want that duster that the mage in the latest stream was wearing.
I agree that low chaos/ghost runs are technically harder. I found low chaos to be more enjoyable in the dlc because of the stun mines/grenades. I could probably never do a ghost run, no matter how hard I try I always get spotted lol. The mage duster was nice. Dunwall inspired outfits ftw. I want to make something similar to Corvo's outfit for my Lurk inspired inquisitor. Also wanna make Delilah's outfit but I don't think I'll be able to craft something with flowers unfortunately.

Never was fond of crossbow , but I do love using it on companions who can wield it . For exemple..I could see Oghren with one . And I know ! Not his class..but usually a warrior is proficien in many instrument beside a giant blade or Axe .
I may have to make 2 dalish though . One will be goodie with Bow...and then..my dreamy Dark Elf with pointy poisonous daggers . Tis gonna be fun !

Probably one of the reasons my rogue playthrough will come later. I'm not a fan of double daggers. I always had a sword and a dagger in DA:O, until I could just use two swords. :/

No way, my Warden is a dual wield warrior and she needs to remain the specialist of snowflakes

I miss dual wielding warriors. I built a male Cousland this way(Templar/Champion) and he was a BOSS. Also built a female Cousland as a two-hand warrior(Champion/Reaver...War Cry is invaluable to me apparently) and she made Sten look...inadequate in combat.
A lot ppl sleep on Leliana's dual-wielding skills. She seems to like it...if you put two daggers into her second weapon set, she always changes to them. And then I just...let her go. She's sync killed marjolaine, broodmother, and countless ogres. My waifu gets it in!
