Thats a matter of perspective...and time line . If you got the game when it came out and was hyped like we are about DAI . maybe that is part of the dissapointement . 

 

I got the game very very late (2years ago) . Jumped in..didnt watch any trailer . Didnt follow anything . Played..enjoyed..drooled....and saw the ending . yes it was awful...had me yell WTF loudly . 

But....it is still a GOOD Game . because it has stuff that both ME1 and 2 didnt have that I like................................like blowing cerbruc heads.............................with your hands . 

 

So again...its percpective.......and how one feel . And yes the ending suck..but I installed the Happy Ending mod and that solved that lol .

Well yeah, he's an exception. Other than him though, I never felt like ME had friendship arcs that were often just as good as their romance arcs like DA does. 

 

Jack, for instance, was interesting enough, but I felt like she needed to be romanced to really shine.

Its good to be part of the PC master race, no? Mods are wonderful.

 

I liked mass effect 3, just ignore the ending. It is basically a Shepard saves the day ending. The ending wouldn't have needed to be changed much to go from outrage to cliche but acceptable.

lucky u. i tried a second playthrough after o got over it thinking it was still a fun game. then i saw all the flaws, the rushed story, terrible side quests, lack of characters not to mention all the things they promised werent there at all. i saw everything

I feel your pain . I had games that crushed my heart.....but for different reasons . NWN1...Aribeth death...my Gosh..it took me 5years to get over it and a mod (by Poecile) to get over her and play again lol . 

Jade Empire...the part with the Dragon that you have to kill...same . Couple of years before I could see it again . And so on....

 

And in Mass effect 3 , my dissapointement made it that I played up to after I kill Kai Lang then stop . The rest I wouldn't do . Until I got the Happy Ending mods . 

 

Now I merely get to Kai lang and play the Citadel DLC ...cose I'm too lazy lol

Well....me , its like you losing your mass effect Li in the end . Lady Aribeth was a romanceeeeeeeeee........and she ddddddieeeeeed ! Burneeeeeeeeed !!! *shake fist* . Then they brough her back..and gave her to another charachter.....I was RED in tha face by then ! 

 

*ahem* yeah , Mordin die everytime for me too .
