Hello, Seranaders! Since I'm outta thumbs and I saw a lot of cool posts, I'm going to make a mega post to like/answer some of them. My apologies for the lenght.
lucky u. i tried a second playthrough after o got over it thinking it was still a fun game. then i saw all the flaws, the rushed story, terrible side quests, lack of characters not to mention all the things they promised werent there at all. i saw everything
well thats a bit different. u were sad for what meant to be a sad part of good games. im mad about the entire game besides some missions like mordin. so many feels with mordin
edit- also the endings mods are cool but it doesnt matter if i cant stand to play the game. i knew something was off when they tried to force feed me feels with the kid and right after we find a weapon against the reapers....b.s.
I felt exactly the same way. I could overlook all the plot holes, missing things, and such if the ending had been decent but as it is right now...I can't replay the series for the life of me.
Never forget the Yum Yum Lady Aribeth de Tylmarande

Oh, Aribeth. Why won't you love me, whyyyy?
Thank god, Eirene. You saved my sanity. I was preparing for this:

British English is cooler anyway.
IT crowd! I love this thread so, so much.
And yes, British English FTW.
Correction, English is a horrid language in general. lol. I pity anyone not native who tries to learn English to a fluent level. The pain and horror............
Excuse me? I'l have you know, dear sir, that as a non native speaker I find the English language utterly beautiful and melodious. It's the love of my life, the very thing I'm studying and specializing in and I won't have you slander it's name! Prepare to fight, sir! *cue epic battle music*
there is no such thing as a language that is intrinsically difficult or easy to pick up
similarity with a previously learned language can help but generally it is a lot of practice and hard work and more practice and rote memorization and more practice
practice and constant use are extremely important
This gets a +1. It's exacty like that.
I was terribad though, I'm amazed I managed to pass my french exams tbh. Just couldn't pick it up, languages ain't my friend, that and math.
A pity, because otherwise you could say you're a...cunning linguist.
Sorry not sorry.
It seems that this thread is quite multinational and multilingual, so what languages do people speak, then? For me:
First language/Mother tongue: English
Speak Fluently: French and Spanish
Speak a little: German
Know a few words and phrases: Dutch and Italian.
As yet I've not had the guts to learn any languages that don't use the Roman alphabet...
First language: Italian
Speak fluently: English
A little (I should restudy them, tho): French, Greek
A few words and phrases: Arabic
Can roughly translate and read but not speak: Latin, Ancient Greek
