Not so much. Her head hasn't changed in quite some time. It's more other effects coming online. Outside environment, face effects, lighting, all that jazz. Cass too for the most part.

Ah..I wish I could do that . I did it in GW 2 ..with 5 toons..different stories no less....and It was too much .

Recent Sera/Inquisitrix dwarf art I've seen on tumblr and other places has sold me on making a dwarf for Sera. And this isn't something I do easily, I have always struggled playing as a dwarf in Origins. But it's a really cute ship, I'll have to give it a go, in a later run.
