Phew, this is exactly what I was thinking.  So much negativity while I feel quite positive about each of the ladies.  Diversity > clinging to traditional attractiveness.

I'd like to have a character I find attractive, not a bunch of characters who look like they were pulled out of a poorly modded DA:O

I think Sera on this wallpaper has large elven eyes that look indeed a bit misaligned, very separated from each other, one of them ( the one on the right ) goes almost beyond the angle of the human face.

The distance and placement looks normal to me. There's typically one eye width worth of separation, or slightly more, and that seems what she has there. The bit on the right that may seem too far is just long eyelash. She has her head slightly tilted too, but the bangs form a line that goes at opposite angle, so it may trick some people into thinking her head is actually straight and then weird them out that the eyes aren't on the same level, idk.

Since Bioware is so enamored of making characters look like their VA's maybe Jennifer Lien voices Sera. Sera sure looks like Kes.

It reminds me of the molten gold Khal Drogo pours over Viserys Targaryen's head in A Song of Ice and Fire except in this case Sera forgot to die.

I wasn't all that interested in her until today.  She has cool armor and eyeliner and freckles and Bad Decision Hair, the power of sarcasm, and looks like she's about to launch into a really excellent rendition of Bad Reputation.  I think I love her.
