But do you think , we will be able to choose who we go for ? Hum like for exemple in DA2 , i could go to the barrack and get Aveline or go and check the cellars with Bethany .

To be clear it's just a theory, based on The more open World nature of DAI.
If What you mean is we have The freedom of choosing Which conpanion recruit first (like choosing Merrill over Anders first), I think so, though as I said, if Some Companions are recruited in Orlais, for Those we'll have to wait Until we can go there, While we comunque recruit who we want first in Ferelden.

Yup. I still think The E3 trailer of The four companions shown either their recruitment or their companion quest. So there's Good chance we'll find Sera in The Exalted plains.
Though it's possible that completing The mage-templar War opens up The whole map.
On this note, I wonder which Other main quest is present in Ferelden. Other then The Hinterlands The didn't really show a Big open area.

Halloween is 10 days away and I know how we here in the US celebrate it but I'm curious how other countires celebrate it if at all and since so many of you are from other countries I'd like to ask how you celebrate Halloween since its the holiday we have to get through to get closer to DAI

He was going Jacob .................Tha Priiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiize !  While the world was burning , he was sitting in Lothering (the beach) wondering what he did was right.......then you meet his bf/gf....Vengance (Brynn)......
