Maybe it's the old ruse, where she's actually aiming at someone behind the Inquisitor and it leads to that 'arrow in my face' scene from the trailer.

Hum I dont know..if Sera is there for some assassination job...she wouldnt be at the entrance waving a bow no ? That looked more like  a guard....but anything is possible .

Honestly to me it looks more like the haircut of the person who's dancing earlier in the clip. Seems to be shaved at the side. Tough to be certain though.
