I do agree that we could do with a bit more variety in the trailers, but I'm sure the marketing folks think that punters who don't know the game are too stupid to understand, and of course they default to a straight white man... Well I'm a straight white man and I'd like to see a bit more variety. so up yours, marketers.

espcially on a game like this one, where its pretty obvious, that is not quite as true as for a game like say... Battlefeild 4. The demographics of people who play this type of game are vastly different.

Yes. This so much. Thank you I was thinking the same thing. Like that scene is an established cliche romance thing, not spoiling a thing.

In Josephine's case it could be a cultural thing. Maybe Antivan women are expected to do that kind of thing, so she does it? Cultural conditioning, as it were.
