Since it's EA, I think we can assume RNG store or some kind of microtransaction based store that makes all other games with microtransactions look awesome for having them.  That's rather EA's thing.

I'm eager to see what the game will have to offer, since I enjoyed ME3 MP so much. 

 

I enjoyed the SP a lot too, but I've gotten an insane amount of mileage out of the multiplayer, a lot more than I ever imagined I would. Once the new ME drops, hopefully I'll already have one of the next gen consoles and I can jump right in.

If there is a system seller for the Xbone/PS4, imo its the next Mass Effect.  I have been holding out for that "must have" game before I transition to the next gen system, and Mass Effect 4 will probably be it.

 

But I am a little nervous about how the next multiplayer will be.  I had very low expectations for ME3 multiplayer, and I ended up loving it.  Now my expectations are much higher... so I am primed for disappointment.
