Someone dial Whine One One, we need a WHAmbulance.
Listen, the game should not be released until Tuesday, if Bioware thinks that showing this kind of stuff early will have a negative impact on the launch of the game, then they should protect their property and have it taken down. They should try and control the way they want this game to launch, and if that means taking down videos of people playing early copies then so be it.

And broadcasting footage of it before the release date is ILLEGAL.
Sorry, but can you provide one iota of evidence that this is so? I hate to say it, but you can't just 'make up' laws based on the rumor that BioWare has taken something down, especially when that rumor isn't true.

I watched the game play for a couple hours. Very interesting and nothing too spoilerific especially since I'll play differently as the player I watched was a renegade maleshep and my first playthrough will be with a paragon femshep.
Rest assured, the game is awesome, the combat intense and.. well, everything looked EPIC!!!!

Actually i was under the impression that game sites\\magazines that receive a copy of the game to review sign some sort of agreement stating that they will not post this type of information online, copy the disc, sell it, etc.
So what he says is true, from a certain point of view. You must understand many of the things we cling to are based upon our point of view.

I don't see the big deal. when borderlands was being streamed early the devs of the game where in the jtv chat room answering questions about it, it was awesome, they saw it as free marketing...

Borderlands is purely combat based, any plot in it is paper thin. On the other hand Bioware games rely heavily on their story elemants so spoilers will hit Bioware a bit harder.

It's their game; their property. They decide the street date. If a store broke the street date, and someone buys it, both parties are technically liable. Period.

You want to prove what an apathetic, arrogant ****** you are by showing off to the whole world that you're playing a pirated copy of a game, go ahead. Don't expect the people who pay for your douchebaggery not to retaliate though.
I'm...not sure who/what you are ranting against here, but you do know that some stores are selling the game now, right? I mean, if a live feed is up, it doesn't necessarily mean the game is pirated.
