Mine was when I got a double UR and it contained a Venom I and a BW X. Best pack ever only cause I maxed out one weapon and got the best weapon in the same pack. 
This was on my main account on April 5th of last year so almost a year ago. Lol.

I maxed my first UR last week - a Talon. I was ecstatic. I was going to quit the store and give thanks to the almighty RNG god, but the devil in me thought, "Ah, maybe one more.." Harrier X and PPR IX in the very next pack. I'm pretty sure I made a kind of whimpering sound.
I made the same mistake of getting an ultra rare and getting all excited because I convinced myself that the RNG store was going to be nice and give me more in the next several packs. 2.3 million credits later... 
I don't miss this "excitement" at all.

My best packs were the last 2 days of maxing manifest. Had like 15 or so more URs to go, and I managed to get that within 2 day. Pretty sure I only spent like 2 million only too, since 2 mil a day was about my average play time back then. And my last two purchases where two URs back to back. I kid not. For some reason my UR drop rate was appeased beyond belief during those last two days. My rabbit sacrifices must of finally been responded too. But no worries. My half Romanian half German mom used a classic European recipe to guarantee the slaughter did not good to waste. So it was all in good sport. Otherwise I love rabbits. We raised them for food back home (lol, don't hate me).
