That's true. She doesn't seem the sort for casual dalliances due to her duty and upbringing, and she is never in one place for too long due to her duty as a Seeker so can't really have an anchored relationship, so I wouldn't actually be surprised if she was the virgin love interest. She seems more likely than anyone else we know of so far.
